Latin Nights
De Kroon, Rembrandtplein 17-I. For the social you come in through the normal De Kroon entrance, not through Heck's Café, that one is for the classes.
The house night. Classes finish, the floor opens, and it keeps going. Familiar faces, and enough new ones that you always dance with someone you've never met.

Salsa and bachata with DJ Ivanito, free entrance. The gentlest floor we have: half the room is still learning.
Once a year
Amsterdam International Salsa Marathon
Four days of social dancing at Candance Studios, Isolatorweg 28. No workshops and no schedule to keep up with, just the floor, the music and the people who came for the same thing.
Friday night, Saturday afternoon and night, and Sunday into Monday morning. Two minutes from Sloterdijk: metro 50 to Isolatorweg.

Amsterdam International Salsa Festival
The best-known international salsa event in the Netherlands, organised by our own founder. Workshops, shows, and parties that run until the trams start again.
Four days at De Koning Party & Events, Isolatorweg 29. The fourteenth edition. Over 3,000 dancers came to the last one, and Johnny Vazquez, Fernando Sosa and Marco Ferrigno are on the 2027 line-up.
A Full Pass covers every workshop and every party; the performance bootcamps and masterclasses are booked separately. Prices go up every month, so early is cheaper.
