Every Wednesday and Sunday, from 21:00 until midnight. Free entry, and the longest-running social in the Netherlands.

Half salsa, half bachata, in one of the most iconic rooms in town. The classes finish, the floor opens, and it keeps going. Familiar faces, and enough new ones that you always end up dancing with someone you have never met.

Good to know

You come in through the normal De Kroon entrance at Rembrandtplein 17-I. Not through Heck's Café; that door is for the classes.

Lockers are compulsory. Bringing your own drinks is not allowed. The toilet costs fifty cents and takes cash only, no cards.

Who is playing

Sometimes the venue holds a private event instead of the social. It does not happen often, but it happens, and when it does you will see it in the list above. Check it before you set off.
