Customer: any person purchasing or participating in courses, memberships, punch cards, workshops, bootcamps, socials or other services.
Membership: a recurring subscription.
Punch Card: prepaid class credit.
Course: a fixed series of classes.
Bueno: the official platform designated by Extremos for reservations, cancellations and membership administration.
2. General Provisions
These Terms apply to all services provided by Extremos Dance BV. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Dutch mandatory consumer law shall prevail where applicable.
3. Courses
Course registrations are personal and non-transferable. Missed classes are governed by the published catch-up policy. Extremos may change teachers, schedules, locations or merge classes where reasonably necessary.
4. Punch Cards
Punch Cards are available in 10, 20 and 30 class versions and remain valid for respectively 3, 6 and 12 months. They are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Memberships
Memberships are available with initial terms of 3, 6 or 12 months and automatically renew monthly after the initial term until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Payments. Membership fees are collected by SEPA direct debit unless otherwise agreed.
Failed Payments. Access may be suspended until outstanding amounts have been paid.
Non-Payment. If a Member fails to make payment, Extremos Dance BV may immediately declare the entire remaining balance of the initial contract period due and payable in a single instalment and recover statutory interest, reasonable collection costs and any other costs permitted by law.
Cancellation. Cancellation is possible after completion of the initial contract period by email to info@extremos.nl. A notice period of thirty (30) days applies.
Early Termination. During the initial contract period the Member may terminate early by paying fifty percent (50%) of the remaining contract value.
Pausing. During the initial contract period memberships may be paused for a maximum of 7, 14 or 30 days depending on the contract. Pause requests must be received at least seven (7) days before the start of the calendar month in which the pause is intended to begin. Although a pause may commence on any day within that month, requests received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed to take effect because recurring payments may already have been processed. The membership end date will be extended by the duration of the pause.
Missed Classes. Members may recover missed classes while their membership remains active in accordance with the published catch-up policy.
6. Reservations and Levels
Reservations are managed through Bueno. Extremos may refuse entry to fully booked classes or participants arriving excessively late. Extremos reserves the right to advise or require participants to attend a different level if appropriate.
7. House Rules
Members must behave respectfully towards staff and fellow participants. Fraud, abuse, repeated no-shows, sharing memberships, harassment or repeated violation of the House Rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.
8. Liability
Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate. Extremos is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Photo & Video
Photos and videos may be recorded during classes and events for promotional purposes. Participants who object to identifiable use of their image may notify Extremos in writing, after which reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the request.
10. Miscellaneous
Extremos may amend these Terms with reasonable notice where required. Dutch law applies to all agreements. The competent court in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
