Memberships

1. Subscription Duration
   1.1. Available for three, six, or twelve months, agreed upon during sign-up.
2. Auto-Renewal
   2.1. The subscription auto-renews monthly indefinitely after expiration, but it can be canceled as outlined below.
   2.2. Members are allowed to recover missed classes within a one-month period. However, this option cannot be used when the subscription is canceled and no longer active.
3. Cancellation Process
   3.1. Cancellation via written notice to info@extremos.nl after the agreed-term conclusion.
   3.2. Cancellation effective 30 days after receipt of the request.
4. Membership Termination
   4.1 Extremos.nl reserves the right to terminate any membership or subscription at its discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of terms, misuse of services, or fraudulent activities.
   4.2. In the event of termination by Extremos.nl, any remaining subscription balance will be refunded pro-rata, excluding fees for services already rendered.
5. Pausing Your Subscription
   5.1. During the contract period, subscribers can pause:
   3-month contract: Maximum seven days.
   6-month contract: Maximum 14 days.
   12-month contract: Maximum 30 days
   5.2. After the initial contract, all memberships can be paused for a maximum of three months.
   5.3. There are no retroactive pauses. Requests must be submitted at least one week before the start of the month when the pause period is intended to commence.
   5.4. It’s impossible to cancel the membership during a pause; the one-month notice still applies.
6. Membership Upgrades and Downgrades
   6.1. Within the contract period, it is not possible to downgrade your membership.
   6.2. Members can upgrade their membership during the contract period. In the event of an upgrade, a new subscription will be created, and the membership benefits associated with the upgraded level will take effect immediately. The upgraded subscription will have its own distinct end date.
   6.3. Please note that downgrading is not permitted until the expiration of the current contract period. At the end of the contract period, members may choose to renew their subscription at the current level or explore other membership options.
7. Fee Adjustments
   7.1. Extremos.nl reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with a 30-day notice provided to the subscriber via email.
   7.2. Subscribers may choose to accept the new fees or cancel their subscription without penalty within 30 days of receiving the fee adjustment notice.
8. Force Majeure
   8.1. Extremos.nl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, and unforeseen technical issues.
9. Amendments
   9.1. Extremos.nl reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with reasonable notice provided to the subscriber.
   9.2. Continued use of the membership or subscription services after receiving notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
