Beginner Tryouts
Start dancing with Beginner Tryouts
Are you curious about our courses but not sure where to start? Join our Trial Classes during our upcoming Open Days! Each try-out is only €5, and it will give you a good idea of what to expect from our courses. Whether you are interested in salsa or Bachata, you can try as many classes as possible. Oh, and do not worry about having no experience! We all started that way, and during our Beginners 1 course, you will be surrounded by Absolute Beginners only.
Our next tryout round will be from
- Monday, March 17, until Wednesday, March 19 at De Kroon. See the schedule here
- Monday, April 14, until Friday, April 18 at the Extremos Factory, De Kroon and VROG. Schedule will be online soon.
Which Level is Right for You?
- Beginners 1: Perfect for those with little or no dance experience.
- Beginners 2: Choose this only if you’ve completed a level 1 course. Please don’t join without prior experience.
- Beginners 3: Only if you have been dancing for at least three months, or are a born-to-dance wonder.
Make sure to choose the right level for your dance journey!
If you’ve only taken one class or “know the basic step,” that’s a great start, but it’s not enough to skip Level 1. Taking the time to build a strong foundation will set you up for success in the long run!
After the tryouts.
Several beginner courses will start in the week of Monday, March 3rd, until Friday, March 7th. The course schedule will be similar to the tryout schedule.
Our courses tend to fill up fast, so if you want to be sure you can join your preferred day and time, sign up as soon as possible.
Solo or with a Partner
You can join either alone or with a partner. If you join with partner, kindly ensure they have a separate account. We try to maintain an even number of Leaders and Followers. We request that you sign up as soon as possible to achieve this. This will helps us to arrange extra leader/followerst if needed.
