Founder of Extremos in 1999, and main instructor of Extremos Dance Company. His classes focus on lot's of lead and follow tecnique, which are essential to understanding the concept of partner dancing.

 Ivan started dancing in 1996, and soon after in 1998 he was teaching his first classes in Amsterdam.

• 1st Runner Up Dutch Salsa Championships in 1999 and 2000.
• Winner of 2002 Berlin International Salsa Competition.
