CANTINERO CLOSED & CLASS LOCATIONS MOVED   updated 30 March 2010

Extremos Salsa Dance School was contacted by Cantinero Management on February 22, 2010 that CANTINERO would not be open that weekend. Reasons were not very clear, but the dance school was told the resturant's closing was temporary and that we would be able to resume classes in Cantinero shortly. But we did NOT stop our dance classes.  Cantinero Managment offered the use of their 2nd location Havanna. Thus we moved our classes to Havanna and De Bieaard (next door to Cantinero).

Then on March 1, 2010 we were informed that BOTH CANTINERO & HAVANNA ARE CLOSED.

Extremos moved all dance classes, salsa workshops and salsa evenings to four different locations. All four locations are spacious, have well equiped sound systems and located throughout Amsterdam--so there is a dance space near you.  Also, students were enthusiastic about the new locations.

Extremos was completely surprised by Cantinero's sudden closing. We want the best for our students, teachers, and the salsa community at large.  We will do our best to keep salsa enthusiasts informed about the situatuation.
